  • Deliveries selection in Concept Caméléon:
    • Choose available trucks from a list of available trucks;
    • Assignment delivery peoples to the truck;
    • Select delivery route;
    • Delivery approval so you won't exceed the maximum weight, volume, stops or installations time allowed for the selected truck route;
    • Sales orders selection from one or all branches;
    • Optimized stops according to postal code;
  • Möbile tablet synchronization and truck assignment.
  • List all deliveries;
  • Access to the customer delivery map;
  • On site customer delivery confirmation. If the delivery of one or more products is impossible, a note must be entered by the delivery people to explain the reason;
  • Customer name and signature entered on the tablet and stored in Concept Caméléon;
  • Delivery people must enter the amounts to be collected.
  • On its return, synchronize the Möbile tablet with Concept Caméléon in order to transfer deliveries made on the road. A report of all deliveries is printed. The report confirmation described the quantities delivered or refused, the amounts collected and more. The only thing left is to invoice the deliveries!
  • After synchronization, a list of deliveries waiting to be invoiced is available;
  • Option to correct delivery errors;
  • Bank deposit report for amounts collected on the road.
